ABOUT LIZ NABER
I've been fascinated with
elite performance my entire life.
Specifically, how do the best of the best become? That question has driven everything: 15 years of entrepreneurship, Georgetown, and eventually the Architecture of Performance framework.
When I started Hummilitas back in 2022, I knew I wanted it to be more than just another business. It had to be a reflection of my growth and hard-earned lessons after nearly a decade of multi-unit franchise ownership. More than that, it needed to align with everything I believe in: directional clarity, purposeful leadership, solid infrastructure that allows for growth and flexibility, and intentional presence.
The name Hummilitas came to me as a blend of two things that hold deep meaning for me. The first is the hummingbird. A symbol of resilience, agility, and joy in motion. I genuinely strive to live my life embodying that same spirit.
Hummingbirds also remind me of my mom, who still lights up every time a hummingbird visits her thoughtfully curated garden. For me, they will always carry her presence, her strength, and the way she taught me to lead with quiet confidence and conviction. Her spirit is woven into the foundation of who I am and how I show up for others, and I'm so proud to have her represented in this work.
The second is the latin root of the word humility. A reminder that leadership is not about ego, but about presence. It's about being grounded, thoughtful, and clear, even in the face of uncertainty. As Brené Brown defines it — humility is openness to new learning combined with a balanced and accurate assessment of our contributions, including our strengths, imperfections and opportunities for growth.
And so, this is what I hope Hummilitas brings to every leader I work with: the clarity to grow, the structure to scale, and the confidence to lead in a way that's deeply aligned with who you are.
Thanks for being here. I'm so glad our paths crossed.

THE FRAMEWORK
Architecture of Performance
Everything I do with clients is built on a framework I developed from the inside out. Not from a classroom. From 15 years of building businesses, leading real teams, making hard calls, and learning what the best of the best actually do differently — from experience, not observation.
STAGE 01
The beliefs and mental models driving every decision downstream.
Leadership Thinking
STAGE 02
How thinking becomes organizational design and accountability.
Systems and Structure
STAGE 03
What gets modeled, rewarded, and tolerated — where culture lives.
Behavior and Reinforcement
STAGE 04
Organizational performance — the proof the architecture is working.
